Access
The main building has three entrances, three staircases and a lift by the front door to all four floors. The annex has its own entrance.
Garden Area
There is a garden area above the southern car park.
Gymnasium
The gymnasium is on the first floor and is open from 8am to 8pm daily. Posters in the gym explain the rules governing its use.
Laundry
The laundry, on the ground floor, has coin-operated washing and drying machines. It is open at all times.
Library
The library is situated in the laundry area.
There are about 120 parking spaces for use by residents and visitors. Vehicles may be parked only in officially designated spaces, a few of which are reserved for disabled residents.
Bin stores are located in the northern and southern car parks. They also have glass and paper banks.
All apartments are wired for terrestrial television and most are also wired for satellite television.
Internet
The local cabinet is fibre optic-enabled, though connections are presently full for some providers. Standard ADSL broadband is available to all apartments.
Water and Electricity Meters
Water meters and shut off valves are in the mezzanine cupboards off the central staircase. Electricity meters are located in hall cupboards on each floor and operate on normal and off peak tariffs.
